1. Acceptance and legal status
By accessing DegenHive, connecting a wallet, opening a Desk, staking in a Lab or buying a pass, acquiring or using a Stingvestor or a Rig, holding or trading Coins and Stacks, locking DGV, voting, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
DegenHive is experimental onchain software. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund, licensed gaming operator, or money transmitter. A permissionless deployment does not mean every feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.
Do not use DegenHive if you cannot legally use chance-based onchain games, DeFi, tokenized assets, NFTs, governance, or token features where you live or access the platform.
2. Eligibility and restricted use
You may use DegenHive only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Your use is lawful in your country, state, province, territory, and any place from which you access DegenHive.
- You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, or accessing the platform from a sanctioned, embargoed, or otherwise restricted jurisdiction.
- You are not using DegenHive for illegal funds, fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other prohibited activity.
- You are using your own wallet or an account you are authorized to use, and you are not impersonating another person or entity.
We may block, restrict, suspend, refuse, or geofence access where required by law, platform policies, security needs, abuse controls, or risk review.
3. Protocol mechanics
DegenHive combines live on-chain contracts, backend services, indexers, realtime sockets, and frontend UI. The platform currently includes or may include:
- Labs, stakes and passes: each Lab uses one fixed currency. A Desk can stake that currency and buy a pass for one or more days of the Lab's app, which may be an AI agent, a trading bot, quests, a game or any other app. Pass payments are nonrefundable and follow that Lab's split. A Lab's app can count the Rigs a Desk equips there.
- Lab rewards: each day a Lab's stake pot pays its stakers by stake and loyalty, its play pot pays pass holders by posted app points, and its Stingvestor pot pays installed Stingvestors in Stack shares that stay with each Stingvestor. A funded reward pot is not a promised return.
- Protocol revenue: the global split is 20% operations, 50% the Comb and 30% DGV locker rewards. Revenue paid in tokens must be converted before ETH can be distributed. Pool backing, user stakes and unpaid rewards are separate obligations.
- DGV: DGV is a fixed-supply ERC-20 protocol token. A Desk can choose a timed lock of 4 to 156 weeks or a permanent lock. A lock has no early exit. Timed power decays; permanent locks have no scheduled withdrawal until their owner starts a 3-year countdown. Lock rewards and Lab voting rewards are ETH, subject to funding and daily eligibility.
- Stacks: each Stack holds a basket of canonical Robinhood Stock Tokens and other allowed assets, and mints Stack shares only against exact backing. Basket value, execution, availability, and conversion can be affected by market hours, halts, liquidity, feeds, corporate actions, and route availability.
- Desks and Stingvestors: a Desk is the nontransferable account identity of one wallet and every approval or transfer call on it reverts. A Stingvestor is a transferable NFT character with a deterministic token-bound account; while installed in a Lab it cannot transfer. A Stingvestor does not own the Lab, the Desk's DGV or voting power. The Stack shares it earned move with the NFT; it does not grant ownership of the Lab or unrestricted access to vault reserves.
- Exit costs: DGV leaving a Desk for a wallet pays an exit tax of 3% to 15%, quoted at the time of the transaction. A Coin leaving a Desk wallet for a wallet pays a 1.5% withdrawal fee. Eligible positions may be routed to another asset through external execution subject to the quoted route, capacity, deadlines, and minimum output.
Feature names, day timing, pass prices, reward rates, tax settings, emissions, dice settings, lock rules, and NFT rules can change as contracts, backend services, markets, provider infrastructure, and mainnet configuration change.
4. Rewards, fees, taxes, and no promised return
You can lose pass payments, ETH fees, DGV, Stingvestor value, Stack-position value, rewards, or other value used in or around DegenHive. App points, reward allocations, and dice outcomes are variable, competitive, and never promised. Rewards may be delayed, reduced, unavailable, unclaimable, lost to rounding, unallocated by contract logic, redirected to protocol vaults, or worth zero.
DegenHive may apply or expose pass prices, Robinhood Chain gas fees, Rig curve fees, Stack fees, conversion fees, DGV exit taxes, Coin withdrawal fees, slippage, keeper incentives, spreads, and other contract- or provider-defined costs.
DGV, Stingvestors, Rigs, Stack positions, Stock Tokens, claimable rewards, and other assets may be volatile, illiquid, unsupported by third-party markets, or worthless. Any displayed USD value, price, pool value, P/L estimate, floor signal, or expected reward is an indicative value and may be stale or wrong.
5. Wallets, transactions, and finality
DegenHive supports EVM wallets compatible with Robinhood Chain through third-party providers. You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, seed phrases, private keys, balances, tax records, and transaction approvals.
DegenHive does not control Robinhood Chain, wallets, RPC providers, indexers, wallets' transaction previews, bridges, exchanges, or third-party marketplaces. On-chain transactions are public and generally irreversible once confirmed. Failed, delayed, duplicated, or unintended transactions can still consume fees.
Review every wallet prompt before signing. We do not provide refunds for voluntary transactions, market movement, wallet compromise, user error, network behavior, third-party outages, or actions taken through your wallet.
6. DGV locks and governance
A Desk may lock DGV for 4 to 156 weeks, or permanently. A lock has no early exit: DGV returns to the Desk only after the lock ends. Votes steer daily DGV emissions across Labs. Votes do not rebalance existing pools or promise rewards.
DGV locks are not deposit accounts and carry no promised yield. Locked DGV cannot be withdrawn before unlock. Lock and voter rewards are variable, may be unavailable, and depend on protocol revenue, Lab fees, voting power, and claims.
7. Desks, Stingvestors, and Labs
A Desk is one nontransferable identity per wallet. It holds its DGV, its Desk wallet (Coins, Stacks, Rigs and rewards), its Lab stakes and passes, its DGV lock and votes, and its dice credits. A Stingvestor is a transferable NFT with a deterministic token-bound account; while installed in a Lab it earns that Lab's Stingvestor pot in Stack shares and adds no stake weight. Control follows current NFT ownership and smart-contract rules. Stingvestor artwork and presentation do not create separate custody or financial rights, and a Stingvestor is not a claim on vault reserves or on offchain revenue.
DegenHive does not provide a canonical Stingvestor marketplace. Third-party transfers or markets may carry separate risks and do not assure that a Stingvestor, a Rig, or any position can be sold at any price.
DegenHive may display Stingvestor and Lab artwork, animations, lore, Lab events, and other media based on protocol events, token metadata, sector participation, and public blockchain data. Generated media may be experimental, inaccurate, delayed, moderated, or removed from app surfaces. Lab art and Lab apps are simulations and are not verified AI infrastructure or verified offchain compute.
NFT ownership does not grant ownership of the DegenHive platform, contracts, brand, backend systems, generated logic, or third-party content.
8. Security and fair use
You may not:
- Exploit bugs, bypass caps, manipulate randomness, or interfere with keepers.
- Use bots, scripts, sybil accounts, or automation to harm the platform or users.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or submit unlawful or abusive material through any support or future input surface.
- Use stolen wallets, illegal proceeds, or sanctioned funds.
- Reverse engineer private backend systems or attack infrastructure.
- Misrepresent DegenHive, its rewards, assets, team, contracts, or risk profile.
We may revoke off-chain access, pause features, block abuse, or cooperate with lawful requests. On-chain assets and transactions remain subject to Robinhood Chain and the relevant smart contracts.
9. Privacy and public activity
The Privacy Policy explains how DegenHive handles wallet addresses, Lab and portfolio activity, analytics, logs, service-provider data, and media inputs.
You understand that wallet-linked Lab stakes and passes, Rig trades, NFT events, pool activity, governance actions, transaction history, and other public activity may be displayed to other users or indexed by third parties. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by DegenHive.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and changes
DegenHive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of profitability, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, market value, legal suitability in your jurisdiction, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DegenHive and LifeOrDream Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by market movement, failed transactions, wallet compromise, third-party providers, blockchain behavior, smart-contract bugs, regulatory action, unavailable rewards, or user error.
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
