Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how DegenHive handles information when users connect self-custodial EVM wallets, open a Desk, hold Coins and Stacks in a Desk wallet, stake in a Lab or buy a pass, hold or install a Stingvestor, buy or sell Rigs, lock or vote with DGV, move DGV out of a Desk, or interact with protocol media.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to DegenHive websites, app pages, wallet and onboarding flows, Lab interfaces, Desk and Stingvestor pages, pool and governance surfaces, backend APIs, indexers, realtime services, and related services that link to this Policy.

Public blockchain data is not controlled by DegenHive. Robinhood Chain transactions, token balances, Desk and Stingvestor ownership, contract events, and protocol activity may remain public and permanent even if eligible off-chain data is deleted.

2. Data we handle

Depending on how you use DegenHive, we may handle:

  • Wallet data: public wallet addresses, connection type, injected wallet provider, balances, token positions, and transaction hashes or signatures.
  • Local preferences: display, audio, legal-consent, and wallet connection preferences stored by the browser.
  • Lab data: Lab stakes, passes, Rig ownership and uses, app points, claimable rewards, dice rolls and outcomes, and event history.
  • Economy and governance data: DGV, DGV locks, voting power, Lab votes, pool positions, claimable rewards, Comb state, prices, Stack values, conversions, and DGV exit taxes.
  • Desk and Stingvestor data: Desk ids and handles, Desk wallet holdings, Stingvestor token ids, ownership, token-bound account, ownership nonce, Stack positions, DGV in a Desk, voting power, media references, and custody state.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, operating system, network, session logs, error logs, analytics events, page views, performance data, API/RPC usage, socket connection data, and anti-abuse signals.

3. Data we do not intentionally collect

We do not ask for, collect, or store seed phrases, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, payment-card numbers, government IDs, biometric templates, or precise GPS location. Do not submit sensitive personal information in support messages, prompts, images, or other user inputs.

Browser-wallet providers, RPC providers, marketplaces, analytics tools, hosting providers, and app stores may separately process information under their own policies.

4. How we use data

We use information to:

  • Operate injected EVM wallet connection and transaction flows.
  • Show balances, portfolios, Lab state, protocol metrics, and rewards.
  • Index on-chain events and reconcile backend state with smart-contract state.
  • Support Lab stakes, passes and claims, Rig trades, Desk balances, pools, DGV locks and votes, and conversion flows.
  • Display Stack backing, Stack values, risk, and historical activity.
  • Generate or display Stingvestor, Lab, portfolio, and event media.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, exploits, bots, spam, security issues, and prohibited use.
  • Debug errors, improve performance, analyze product usage, and support users.
  • Comply with law, platform policies, lawful requests, and risk controls.

5. Public and in-app data

DegenHive is an onchain protocol. Some activity is public by design, including wallet-linked transactions, Desk and Stingvestor ownership, portfolio positions, Lab stakes and passes, Rig trades, votes, conversions, protocol rewards, and public blockchain activity.

Third parties may independently index, copy, analyze, scrape, cache, or display public blockchain data and public in-app data. We cannot delete or control data that remains on-chain or has already been independently indexed by third parties.

6. Service providers and sharing

We may process or share data with providers that help operate DegenHive, including injected-wallet connection libraries, hosting providers, backend and database infrastructure, realtime socket services, RPC and indexing providers, analytics and error-monitoring providers, support tools, Stock Token data, wallet or NFT infrastructure, and AI or media-generation services.

We may disclose information if needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse or exploits, protect users or the platform, complete a business transaction, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell seed phrases or private keys because we do not collect them. We do not currently sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Browser storage, cookies, and local preferences

DegenHive uses browser storage such as localStorage and similar technologies to remember theme, legal-consent state, wallet connection state, wallet provider, public wallet address, audio preferences, cached data status, and other product preferences.

Clearing browser storage may disconnect wallet state, remove preferences, or reset onboarding choices, but it will not delete public blockchain records or on-chain assets.

8. AI and generated media

DegenHive may use Lab and app events, public blockchain data, token metadata, Lab activity, and public real-world signals to generate or curate images, animations, videos, lore, social clips, or in-app story moments.

Do not submit personal, private, sensitive, infringing, illegal, or confidential information through prompts, images, support messages, or other inputs. Event-triggered content may be displayed in the app, shared socially, moderated, removed from app surfaces, or retained as activity history.

9. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Disconnect your wallet from the app or wallet provider.
  • Clear browser storage, cookies, and local preferences.
  • Stop using the platform if you do not want new activity data created.
  • Request deletion or correction of eligible off-chain account or support data.
  • Ask for a copy of eligible off-chain data associated with your wallet.
  • Report generated-media, security, or support concerns.

Some data cannot be deleted by DegenHive, including public Robinhood Chain transactions, public token/NFT ownership history, smart-contract events, data required for fraud prevention, and records we must retain for legal, security, accounting, or dispute reasons.

10. Security, retention, and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect off-chain systems, but no internet, wallet, blockchain, smart-contract, or AI-media system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, wallet recovery methods, and accounts.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the platform, provide support, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, comply with law, and preserve activity history. Retention periods vary by data type. Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.

11. Minors

DegenHive is not for minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove eligible off-chain data.

Privacy, deletion, access, correction, security, content-report, or support requests can be sent to support@degenhive.ai.

Include the wallet address, transaction hash if relevant, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant off-chain records. Never send seed phrases or private keys.
